Hello everyone! Jack here. though I'd blog something I've been putting a lot of time and effort into and let you all know what's been going on this week.
First of all, Karin is now the Reception manager at BLM! Unfortunately one of her colleagues decided to leave to start his own restaurant so she's taken his place. I say unfortunately because he is a really nice guy and karin says he was fun to work with but they're all excited about his new plans and we're all going to his opening on 31st, July. So karin has a lot more responsibility now and is dealing with it ok so far. She was a bit nervous leading up to it but seems as though it's all ok now.
So now to my project.
I'm planning and writing a script for a documentary. At the moment there isn't a script yet. I'm starting to write down the concept and what I want to achieve with this film.
It will tell the stories of the people who work at the hostels in Senefelderstraße, a street with three hostels in the center of Munich, also not too far from Oktoberfest.
No one has commissioned this so I don't have any funding but I already have an assistant producer! As I said before, it's all still in the early phases but I have many ideas ready and lots of people who can help.
So I guess that's all I have to say this time but I hope everyone is doing well and I'll keep you all informed as to how it's coming along!
