SYDNEY ... it's worth the flight

I love it here. What can I say? The flight wasn't that horrible but I got bored after a while. That drove Jack almost crazy. He was totally fine with the entertaiment system Emirates offered on board.
Whatever. We're here now.
His family gave me a warm welcome and it's really good to meet them finally. We got a schedule for the upcoming weeks and I am totally looking forward to the plans they made for us.
We'll go camping, visiting his grandparents on a farm and there are a few other things we'll gotta go.
The sun said HI to us right when we walked out of the airport in Sydney, but at the moment it's cooler than the days before and it started to rain a little bit. But that's okay. Jack doesn't like it, but he'll has to deal with it. The forecast says it'll stay like that the next few days.
We're getting closer to his party on Saturday and there'll be around 80 persons joining it.
A lot of names for me to memorize. :-D

9 days left

I am really scared the closer the day of the take off comes. I can't imagine to be in that stupid plane that long and that scares the sh.. out of me.
Jack tries to calm me down and tells me that everything's gonna be okay, but in my head this doesn't reach the centre.
That's the reason why I am not looking forward to the trip at the moment. Don't get this wrong; I can't wait to meet Jack's family and friends there, but I just would like to avoid a flight as long as this gonna be.
I don't know what's the problem, because it's definatley not my first flight and the longest one was 13 hours in a row - and I survived that! Don't know. Most time I am on a plane it's like me sitting in a surreal world and I don't really recognize the height and everything. But every weird moving or weird sound makes me shaking.
I wish I could drive by car or train! :-)
ah...I'll laugh about this as soon as I get off the plane at Sydney airport, but till this time there is a day to manage I won't enjoy at all.

Fun in the sun

When the news said, that there gonna be 14 degrees we decided to visit Nymphenburg castle.
Jack & I took the tram from Hauptbahnhof and it wasn't only us with this idea. :-)
A lot more people followed us to do their weekend walk in the park behind the castle.
I felt goofy yesterday and joked around like an idiot. Jack
told me he felt a little bit embarassed. But for what?
Okay, he made a video of one scene I acted weird, but NO; I won't post it here! hahahaha

But anyway..we had a great day out there and in the evening we met Sarah at the Euro to have a drink and chat.
In total it was a really really nice day and both of us feel like we're different persons out in the sun. We can't wait till summer where's the possibility to be out again every day. A walk through the English garden, laying down at the Isar and having a beer there,...just enjoying being together. I can't wait.
